I had a party at the Irvine location and the staff, food and service was superb. I could not have been happier! Nick was very attentive and made sure that we had enough pizza and drinks, even during a busy World Cup Game. Kudos to Nick and the entire staff!

This is the perfect spot to host a pizza party! The outdoor patio is awesome during the evenings and the manager Nick is super responsive whenever I need a RSVP for 20+ ppl. Staff are always really nice too. The pizza is way better than anything from a chain and there’s a bar inside with some pretty good taps. They call a supreme the “works” here and it’s better than the one Costco used to do. Monday night is happy hour plus trivia nights sometimes. Summer concerts too. Come here and share delicious pizza on the patio with your fam or friends…I guarantee you it’ll be way more memorable than eating at Blaze!

I bought a 14-inch half-veggie half-margarita to share. Though this wouldn't normally be a complaint, the cheese was just too much. It took me longer to chew through it than the crust itself, and it overpowered everything else. I don't even remember tasting the tomato sauce underneath. Also, the crust was dry and bland with a strange surface texture, missing the smooth and 'thick' bite that I was expecting. I think these are areas of weakness for the general recipe, not specific to my order. On the bright side, toppings were generous and good quality, and pizza was baked the right amount. If this was the best pizza around me I'd rather get something healthier to eat, instead of getting stuffed for a subpar experience. Solid option for dinner, but disappointing if you've tried better pizza.

This is the closest you’ll get to a New York style pizza in Irvine. I always order the full pie, so it is always freshly made and delicious. This place has a college atmosphere being so close to UCI. They just started the summer concert series on Fridays, which makes for a great time. Cannot comment on their pizza by the slice or their salads since I haven’t had the opportunity to try them.

ALSO…Read other replies from SPP, specifically from Jennifer who’s responsible for replying to all comments is a complete arrogant, smug, elitist. She’s probably never had a great slice of pizza in her life. Try Regents or The Bronx Pizza in San Diego, or anywhere else that’s not smug Irvine/Costa Mesa. Just lowered my rating to 1. The $8 is pasta dish. *** First time here. After reading several Reddit reviews of pizza slices in Orange County this place came up a couple times. I was in the area so decided to check it out for lunch. I ordered the Bronx and the veggie - would say the Bronx was the better of the two, but nothing special. The veggie was disappointing. I thought $14 + tax for a lunch combo two slices/drink was off the charts when you go to any other place and get $10 (2) slices and a soda that I would say the quality would be maybe a little lower maybe about the same but I wouldn’t come back here. The Pizza Bakery has a lunch promo: 2 slices, drink, $8. Service was good. Atmosphere clean.
